Why does it happen
again and again
The pain is so real
your afraid you won't win

You've been here before
nothing has changed
You still don't know why
you're bound up in chains

When will it stop
this pain you know well
You're afraid if it doesn't
you might go to hell

You haven't failed yet
given in to the pain
What can you do
to get away and refrain

You know you need prayer
it's so plain to you
Why don't you just ask
are you really through
