Philippians 4:4-8

New Living Translation (NLT)
4 Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! 5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

These verses are so good. They remind me that no matter what is going on in my life, if I will only focus on the Lord I can still be full of joy! The joy of the Lord. In Him we will find His strength which in turn gives us our strength. If you're going through hard times right now...think about all the good times and all that the Lord has done for you. Praise Him for those things and He will give you peace and joy.

The joy of the LORD is our strength!

Hi Chelle,
Oh yes, "The joy of the LORD is our strength!" I just read that on another blog quoted from Nehemiah 8:10. When things are tough, Jesus is our strength.
Great post and God bless,
Ken
